Students of Jodhamal Public School made headlines as they triumphed at the 4th Ranking Roller Skating Championship held at M.A. Stadium, Jammu, securing a remarkable total of 50 medals across various categories.
The Jammu and Kashmir Roller Skating Association (JKRSA) organized this vibrant championship, which witnessed Jodhamal skaters demonstrating exceptional speed, skill, determination, and sporting spirit throughout the event.
The school concluded the competition with an impressive tally of 10 gold, 29 silver, and 11 bronze medals, a testament to the hard work put in by the young athletes.
Among the illustrious gold medallists, three standout performers, Gurjas Singh, Aahan Sharma, and Namish Gupta, each clinched two gold medals. Additionally, Pearl Suri, Arindham Charak, Devansh Sharma, and Aamya Vashishth contributed to the gold count with one medal each.
In the silver category, Pavit Gupta shone bright with two silver medals, while a talented group of 15 other skaters, including Bhavnoor Kaur, Samayra Gupta, and Aayansh Gupta, each claimed a medal, showcasing their extraordinary talent.
The bronze medal category also saw fierce competition, with bronze secured by Devansh Sharma, Divyansh Sharma, Vedang Shrikul, and several others, demonstrating the widespread talent among Jodhamal skaters.
School officials stated that this incredible medal tally emphasized the dedication and disciplined practice reflected in the students’ performances. The management hailed this feat as not just a source of pride for the school but also an inspirational lift for their peers.
